What are these connectors under the 2nd row seats?

I have an XLT with BLIS and my connector is definitely plugged into the seat. The XLT doesn't have heated second row nor does it have second row power flip so I almost has to be BLIS (inflatable outboard seat belts).

BLIS is the blind spot detection, not inflatable seat belts. However, they are both included in the same option package.

BLIS stands for BLind spot with Inflatable Seatbelts...duh...:mattmoon::D

While examining my recently purchased 2013 XLT today I noticed this plug under the driver's side, second row seat. I felt around but could not locate anything it should be plugged in to. Can anyone tell me what it is or what it should be plugged in to? Any information appreciated. Could not come up with any decent parameters to search for on the site.

I'm guessing that would be for 2nd row heated seats, if we had them. I have the same thing. You'll find one on each side.

So Ford's way of reminding me I COULD HAVE had heated rear seats if I wasn't such a cheapskate! :-)

They are connectors C3133 and C3134 on a 2015 XLT Explorer. They go to nowhere. If the 2nd row seats were equipped with seatbelt air bags, these wires would go to that system.

Dog chewed the plugs, crossed some wires and caused an airbag light to come on. So I need to repair but fortunately it is for a system that doesn't exist on my model.

Welcome to the Forum wheatstate96.
Seeing as the last post was over 4 years ago, I'm guessing this has been figured out based on previous posts.
Thanks for the TSB link. I'll add that to the TSB thread.
