I am looking the Explorer limited. But I just noticed something that concerns me. I do field service, I fix barcode printers, pick up label stock for customers etc. I am thinking of getting the 2nd row dual bucket seats with the console between them. But I realized that when I fold everything down to get a flat floor will the console stick up to be hit or is there a totally flat service from the rear row to the center row seats.

Can any kind soul give me an answer?

Welcome to the Forum mike605!

The console is hinged at the front, so when the seats are down, and you flip open the console, it will no longer stick up. Of course, there will be a hole there, and I would be wary of putting too much weight on the lid of the console.

Here are some pics to illustrate what I am talking about. Hope this helps, if not, let me know what else you need to know :)
