What battery wire do I remove?

Just got a simple question, which wire do I remove from the battery to basically reset the computer after each mod I install, the positive (red) or negative (black)?

You should remove the negative (black) cable only. Leave it off for ten minutes then put it back on and tighten.

I usually take both off...also to fully reset the computer it should be disconnected for at least 15 minuts

Does it really matter if I JUST remove the negative (black) battery terminal, or will either one suffice?

Well, you need to take off the neg. cable first no matter what. Saftey first!
