What do i need for a shackle lift

I've never done much to my explorer besides install some foglights and minor stuff like that. What tools, equipment, etc, will i need to install a shackle lift and coil inserts? About how much will this cost?

If you don't have any sag in the rear, you'll probably want to install coil spacers or larger coils in the front. Otherwise the rear will sit a little higher than the front.
