What I need to convert a 91 4.0 to a 5.0

Hi I am wanting to convert my 1991 ford explorer 4x4 from a 4.0 to a 5.0 with a tremec trans not suer witch trans to use and what I would need to do the whole thing and if there is any one that can help me it would be great
