Ok so I don't have a pic of it, but on my '95 it's directly below the battery, sandwiched between the inner fender liner, and the steel inner fender, has two large vacuum lines and one small vacuum line, along with an electrical connector.
It's about 2" in diameter, and deals with the charcoal canister purge. the two large vacuum lines run to the throttle body, and the other runs to a steel line that presumably runs to the rear of the truck, the small vacuum line, peels off the vacuum line harness right at the EGR valve.
Mine has a hole in it from a leaky battery and I need to replace it, but it's not a canister purge valve, at least from all the pics I've seen of it online.
Also I remember that '95 is kind of a ******* year, I've had to call it a 94 or a 96 sometimes to get the right part for it.
