The only intakes are the KKM, or the Ifab ones. Both use oil filters. Both are not true cold air kits.

You can also make your own.

I would not worry about the oil. It's only a problem if you OVER oil it.

There are no hood scopes made for a 93. You have to custom them. That means cutting your hood. Are the ones you talking about the fake stick on ones?

Yes a cold air setup draws cool air from outside the engine bay. The cone filter setups do not do that. However they still will do something, & are better then the stock intake box.

O-rings in the Intake? Not sure what you mean on that.
