So, I solved my last issue (one of the block guide-pins that go into the bell-housing either came bent from the factory, or I bent it by being too harsh... Not sure. Thanks for all the help!) I buzzed it down a bit with a dye (sp) grinder and life was good... Until

I knocked the darn bell housing off of the front of the truck with a careless arm movement when I was getting into the vehicle to install it.

It was a stupid, perhaps costly, mistake.

So, my question: What is the part that bolts to the back of the bell housing (5 bolts) with the spinning deal that goes into the front of the transmission?

S5 G1-7A 109. Is imprinted on the part, but I didn't get any google love.

Any help appreciated.

95 GT-7A 109 may be the correct part #. Darn lighting

is it a manual trans? might be the throwout bearing/slave cylinder

Stator support, I believe. Held in by 6 torx bolts (entire unit) or secured by what appear to be 2 roll pins.
