What is this piece called?

This part started leaking antifreeze when I turned the heat and a/c on. It goes thorough the heater hoses into the firewall. Looks like the cyclinder is a vacum with the rod thats where its leaking.
Is this a part to get a local auto store or will I have to order it from ford?

Heater Control Valve.

Parts store should have it.

It shuts off coolant flow to the heater core when the heater is not in use to make the A/C more efficient.
