I have a 96 AWD eddie bouer explorer and i want to lift it. I have been told not to do a suspension lift because i will have to cut a notch in the frame . i was told to do a 3" body lift . any help to what kind and brand? And it pulls to the right . I just had it aligned but did not help they said i had to get a ajuster installed to fix it. for the "camber" sp... is this true or are they out to make more money off me? I take it 4x4 some times but i really just like the look. for the cost which is better. and do i need to change the tires they are stock and brand new. i hate to just throw away 500.$ thanx mike

Mike,
At this time, there are NO suspension lift kits for 95+ Explorers. You can gain an inch or two, by using extended shackles in the rear and doing a "Torsion Bar Twist"in the front. There is a very good search engine here that can help you out a lot. Click on search, at the top of the page and type in "lift kits",or whatever else you want and it will pull up everything. You can change the tires any time you want. Can't help you on the alignment problem. Hope this helps.

The Cam kit is necessary, it helped my alignment be right for the first time
