What Mods increase gas mileage?

I have a stock 1995 4X4 Ford Explorer XLT with 4.0. I get about 17 MPG no matter what I do (driving wise) and see people talking about 32 MPG (this was a post by aldrive).

What would be the top 5 or 6 mods I should think of doing to increase my gas mileage?
