Im looking for an oil change place that uses Mobile 1, all the places around me, at least like Valvoline, and Jiffy Lube, etc. use that half synthetic stuff when you ask for a synthetic oil change, and the only place that i know for sure is the dealership but they charge to much. What chain places use Mobile 1?

Thanks for any pointers, i would change it my self, but i dont have the place to dispose of my used oil.

All you have to do is change it yourself and then take the used oil to Advance auto/Autozone/etc. Alot of these facilities will take your used oil for no charge.

If you don't want to do it yourself, take your own oil to an oil change facility.

I too recommend the DIY rout. Remember the guy at the Jiffy Lube probably flunked out of turning fries a Burger King.

HAHA Amen to that. :D

DIY its not hard.

lol, no i agree its not hard, but its a PITA, at least from my perspective. Ill have to figure out how to change the oil filter, that is the only part i dont like about it. And now many quarts of oil does a 4.0l 95 take?

Thanks for answering my stupid question. And yes i agree with you on how stupid the people at the oil change places are, i took my dads mustang in once to the new one around the corner and the guys ended up disassembling the whole air box to get to the filter, when all you had to do was just unsnap the snap.....

Well you can't make chicken salad out of chicken s***, no matter how much mayonnaise you use.

go to a gas station that has a small 'mech. on duty' garage and tell them u want to make an appointment for an oil change and what type of oil you want put in :)
