What other vehicles did the Explorer alternator come on

Hey guys,

My alternator is out and I dont want to fork out the 200 bones the part stores want. So I was hopinh to go get one form the junkyard. Problem is that there are no explorers in the junkyards around here.

I was wondering what other vehicles the explorer alternator came on so I could hopefully find one in the junkyard.

I should add that this is a V8 (5.0)

i have my stock one from a 96 5.0- for sale

not 100% on this, but i'd say check the aerostar and the ranger

with the V8, hmmmmmm f-150 or E-150 for either 5.0 or 4.6 liter

also Crown Vic with Police package... lots and lots of power.
