What other work do you recommend while carpet and seats are out?

In a couple weeks I will be replacing the carpet in my Ex along with putting in leather seats out of a '97.

Since I will have the interior basically removed:
Any recommendations for other work/upgrades/mods that I should complete while everything is out?

Carpet sucks herculine the floor.

I'd put in sound deadening material.

Also do stereo mods or at least run wiring for future stereo work.

Run wiring for any future CB, lighting, etc upgrades.

I found some sound deadening material called RAAMmat 60 V3 on ebay. Alot cheaper than some others. I got 2 rolls coming that will enable me to cover everything once and some areas double layer. Should be nice and quiet!
