What plugs to run...5.0?

What spark plugs do you guys run in your 5.0's? Elevation here is 2200 and i have never had a problem with pinging. I run 87 octane. Also, what spark plug wires work the best? Thanks Again for all your help. Richard

I recommend Motorcraft double plat plugs and their plug wires.

I like Ford wires with NGK single platinum plugs. I can't stand the thought of leaving plugs in a motor for over 50k miles.

Most mustang 5.0 performance guys run NGK. Don't ask me why because i don't know.
