What is the size of the fitting that I have to get to plug my tranny oil temp gauge? I'm gonna slice into the system by the tranny cooler up front.

Is it 3/8 or 5/16?

Dre just a trick, go to the part store and see if they can pull one for you so you can check the size. While your there buy your fittings and other goods you'll need.
Peace man,
jeff

hey Jeff, Thanks! I went to the parts store and they were no good..... I just didn't speak their language I guess  I need to go to the dealer on Monday anyway to pick-up some small parts and will just ask the guys...

thanks again,

The lines on mine were 3/8" pipe. Mine's a 99, but I imagine it should be the same.

I bought a tranny temp mainfold from Autometer to mount my sender. It's 3/8".

thanks... that solves my dilema..

anyone installed engine oil temp gauge? from Autometer's description sounds like I need to buy an adapter and weld it into the oil pan...

thanks again,
