Something interesting happened today. I was driving to work and the plastic brake pedal cover just came off. I just drove on the bare metal. I know this can be dangerous, but my feet weren't wet and i had a good grip. Anyway, has this ever happened to you? Also, I am thinking about getting the cover replaced, and was told that all ford's covers are uniform size, so can I get them at auto zone? If so, how much do these cost?

Sorry for all the questions,

~Ryan

you could get aftermarket pedal covers, they look sweet and are probably the same cost if not less.

You can get pads off the "HELP" board at a lot of auto part stores. I know Pep Boys has them, not sure on AutoZone.

mine fell off... it just slides back on.... put some glue down on it.... or, upgrade to new pedals, i did that one mine....

when you say, "upgrade to new pedals", how much work/money goes into that?
