I ordered torque monster headers and they are on the way
i plan to do entire exhaust, and a performance chip soon, then eventually maybe a custom intake if i get too much money and dont know what to do with it lol
but what should i install first, exhaust or the chip?
i plan on getting a custom tune to work with out the 2nd set of cats
my goal is improved performance and a few mpgs

do your exhaust first, then a tuner. if someone tries selling you a "chip" turn around and walk away. there is no such thing.

You can do away with the stock airbox and filter for about $50 via an MAF adapter and cone air filter.

Why do you want to take out the second set of cats? They don't hurt your performance or create a significant restriction in your exhaust. In fact, if anything, they help.

Cats heat up because they are in part burning unburnt fuel and air before it enters the atmosphere, this heats up exhaust which increases pressure, and therefore increases exhaust velocity due to scavenging. This increased velocity increases the effects of the scavenging, making your engine into a more efficient air pump.

Just do a catback and then get a tune. You don't need the extra noise anyway. You wouldn't need a tune for deleting the second set of cats either. Spend $2 making mil eliminators or buy them online for $15.
