idk if i should get round or rectangle off road lights for my roof basket. i been back and forward with what to get.

Round, since your fog lights are round and the body style is more round.

For 91-97 I'd say rectangular since the body shape is more boxy.
Yours has the rounder bumper, round fogs, and the rounded off trunk/rear lights.

Honestly buy an LED light bar.
I got a 24" one off eBay for $90. Its seriously brighter than any combination of lights I've ever used before.
They come with a spot and flood built in. A 32" can be had for about $120... well worth it
