IMO there is no problem area on this truck to look for a problem, looking at it inside, out and under will give you an idea of the condition coupled with a road test you should be able to get a good feel for if the truck is worth anything or worthless. The miles sound nice.

The most important thing is having the V8. People are going to argue with me, but the 4.0L SOHC V6 is a piece of crap (I own both the V6 and the V8 versions), and the auto transmissions on the V6's aren't great either. There is NO advantage to the V6 as they get pretty much the same fuel mileage (both suck around town).

You may have already looked at it, but for what it's worth-

A few issues to look for aside form the other nickle and dime things on a 13 year old truck:

Not sure where you are at, but I'd check the rockers behind the running boards for rust, as well as the seam on the top of the rocker that you can see when the rear door is open.

AWD- check the transfer case for any noises (drive slow- idle speed with your foot off the brake) with your door open to listen for any "popping" noises.

Check the driveshaft u-joints underneath for any movement.

Check the exhaust manifolds for cracks, especially the passenger side. If you have a laser heat gun, that can help out in the process.

Water leak behind timing cover gasket, run it enough to build up pressure than turn off and inspect areas behind water pump where timing cover sits on block mine would usaly show some dripping after driving 15min or so then shutting off it would take about 5-10 min to reallly start dripin
Not a real bad repair as long as all the bolts come ot of the cover,I was lucky and none of mine snaped off
Alos plugs can rust into place if they have never been replaced,I had one snap off and it was a real PITA to get it out but once again I lucked out LOL it only took 2 days to get it out and I didnt screw up the head
