I know, it's a simple question, but I can't find the simple answer. What Trans do I have?
I have a 2000 XLT 5.0 w/ AWD.
I'd like to change the fluid and filter very soon. What fluid should I use? I know i'm supposed to use Mercon V, but have also seen 'universal' ATF's that list applicable to Mercon V, such as Amsoil, Mobil, etc.
