Looking for front and rear brakes, both pads and rotor. I replaced all four pads and rotors about three months ago but I used cheap parts from O'Reillys and already the rear rotors are starting to warp on me. I thought they would at least last a year. Can anyone tell me where to look for brake parts and what brand to go with. Thanks

I used Wagner pads for the rear spent $53. They're quiet but it's only been a few hundred miles so I can't speak to durability. Good luck.

Ok I'll try them. I dont have nothing to lose.

BE AWARE,

on my truck the rear pads listed were WRONG... I have it written down somewhere

oh and I trust Bendex from advance auto

Basically you get what you pay for. I cant believe that your rears warped on you. Usually the rears warp because of a partially set parking brake or something of that sort. If your rears warped from normal driving usually your fronts woulld also since they take more of the power, heat and weight when stopping. When it comes to rotors pay the extra 40 bucks more and get the good ones. IMHO

Usually rotors warp due to improper torquing of the wheels.

That is true that rotors do warp due to the fact of over tightening or not tightening in the proper pattern, but its not as common as riding the brakes, or a sticking caliper or wheel cylinder or e brake line.(thats if the e brake uses the same pads and dont have thier own)
