I bought a rear axle out of a 99 explorer with 4.10 gears and im trying to figure out what type of gear oil to use. It seems like everyone has a different opinion. I already bought 75w-90 synthetic. Should i be ok with this?
 






My '97 Owner's Manual lists all 4.10 rear differentials getting 75W140 synthetic fluid.
