Whats involved? '91-94 Factory Alarm

I have a 1994 Limited Explorer, What does the FACTORY alarm system consist of? (What sensors does it use, and how does it work??) Does it have shock sensors, window open sensors, sunroof sensors, door sensors. ????? The one thing I have located, is the Hood Pin sensor.

I had one on my 93 sport, and it was terrible. the keyless would only work at certian times and it would go off byitself all the time. So I got under the dash, found the module and pulled it and replaced it with an aftermarket one, which is much better. For the sensor question, all I could find was a wire that was hooked up to other wires that went to lights (dome, under hood, ect.) to make the alarm go off if they went on while armed. I think there may be a better explaination in your owners manual about it.
