What's the difference between the 3 5.0's used for 98 Builds?

Looking on car-part.com to see how much a used lower mileage 5.0 would be as a base for a 347 stroker within the next year, and I noticed they make you select based on your build date.

So, what are the differences?

Also, whats a good upper intake to use on stock or stroked 5.0?

i just wanted to know what the differences were in stock form between the 3 engines, ie. heads, EGR, etc.
