What's this hanging from under my car

Hi all and thanks for having me. I just bought a 97 Mountaineer and noticed this hose is hanging down from under my car. I looked under there for quite some time and didnt notice where it should go.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Or a few search terms to search under?

That is the vent tube for the axle housing. Try to clip it somewhere at the top of your axle housing or even above.

Axle breather tube. That clip hooks onto the crossmember your shocks bolt to.
