My left front wheel protrudes about 2 inches past the fender well. The right front does not.
This seems to be a little extreme. Is it even possible to adjust that? All the joints are good. And the tire sizes are the same.
Any suggestions on why it's like that? I'm taking it in for an alignment job tomorrow.

when you look at ur vehicle from the front, do the wheels look like this: |-....-/

if so, that means ur camber is way off. did you hit anything big recently? usually, the first thing that bends in a big impact is the steering knuckle near the top where the upper control arm slides into it - that area is fairly thin. one way to tell a bent knuckle is to compare one with the other side. from the front of the vehicle, squat in front of the tire and look straight to the back of the vehicle, take a note of the space between the tire and the knuckle. do the same for the other side. if the two are different, then one knuckle is bent.

but the alignment shop should be able to tell exactly whats wrong assuming they do things properly and dont try to cheat u ;)
