Wheel Arch Trim - Help understanding part numbers

I need to replace the goldish colored trim around the back right wheel well on my 04 Eddie Bauer that got scraped off.

I've been trying to figure out the part numbers so I can try to find online, but nothing is clear. I think I've figured out most of the part numbers for the two pieces I need except the last three letters. I assume those last few letters are related to the color, as sometimes some sites describe them as black or platinum, but that doesn't seem to be consistent. I want to know what the difference between these are or how to tell the color, etc.

I'd take those numbers and your vin to the dealer. Have them tell you.
They com textured and smooth as far as I know. Being that yours is painted it would be the smooth version.
I'm not aware of them coming painted.
