Wheel Bearings

I need new bearings in my left wheel, the only prob is I dont know if there outter or inner. They are the one you first take off, right befor the rotor comes off. Note: they are not the ones that you have to take the rotor off for. Does any one know if they are outter or inner?

I would replace them both.

The ones you speak about are the outer bearings.

In fact, it would probably be best to replace all four bearing on the front wheels (inner and outer on both sides) to keep them wearing evenly.

Do all the bearings. In my truck, bad bearings caused the 65-70 mph shakes. New RA bushings did not cure it-- only after replacing and repacking the bearings did it stop.
