Wheel Spacer help!

I have a 99 explorer sport. right now i have stock rims and tires on it (5x114.5) and from what i understand the offset is 4.5 (?). i bought a set of 2002 ranger rims, same bolt pattern but the offset is -19mm (?) somebody tried to explain this to me but im having a hard time picturing it in my head. it was suggested to get 2in spacers

what size wheel adapters would i need to order?
