160 round trip? whats gas prices where you are? what do you run in your x?

Do you have a limited slip rear end or is it open?
Are you posotive you have all the parts tot he locker?
IS he mailing instructiong in case it is missing somethign we can identify it b4 we crack it open?
There are so many unknowns with a used locker, thats why most shops wont install them. I think your best bet is getting your sister to pay for a locker install at Carolina ROck Shop in Charlotte. Right up the street from 4 Wheel Parts. shouldnt be to expensive and the guys are really cool. Give them a call.
