April and May are pretty booked for me sadly.
I'm going to school again and working 10+ plus hour days so my time is like nonexistant anymore. LOL there simply aren't enough hours in a 24-hour day!

I think April is out, but i may be able to do May!

Mondays are All you can eat Baby back ribs
Tuesdays are All you can eat Beef ribs and/or chicken
Wednesday are all you can eat Texas style spareribs
Thursdays are prime rib.
