Referring to my earlier post, I wouldn't bend them if they say do not bend. I would look for a set of ibeams off of an oler ranger that do not say "do not bend". Usually there is a reason they say what they say. I don't know what heat welding is, because you can do that to the newer i-beams. Can someone please explain this? The ranger i-beams should be the same length as the explorer ones. Go to a junkyard and look for some, prolly gonna be gen1 rangers though.
