Where can i find Jacob Wires

Hello all Im sure that there has been numerous post on this topic or similar ones but where can i find Jacob wires for a 97 X 5.0 AWD. Also what are your opinions on these plugs or if there are any others that anyones like let me know and where i can find these online. Thanks
