where do you get specs on towing capacity on my X

I was going to buy a boat, and I want to know how much towing capactity that I have to work with, is there anywhere on line that I can look this up

I have a 98 AWD with a 5.0 in it. if that helps.
The boat is a 17-20 foot boat, so its not to light in weight. Would I have to instal a tranny coolers or a oil cooler on my X?

I would definately install a tranny cooler if you don't already have one. This page has towing info:

Just sold my '97 XLT AWD 5.0L, and the towing capacity was listed in the manual as 6,400#, I seem to remember. I'm thinking that's more than a 20'er, but I'm no small boat expert.

FWIW, mine had trailer tow option which gave, among other things, a tranny cooler. Check to see if you have the trailer tow option, it comes with lower gears, too.

I'm guessing most folks on this board are going to recommend a tranny cooler for towing, and more frequent tranny fuid changes, too.
