ok guy's I just got a 03 xlt, has a the 8" sub in the back, (my old exploer was a 99 limited, i got ride of the factory HU, and put in door speakers, with a 4 channel amp, and 2 15's in the back with another amp).

1) I'm pretty sure i want to keep the factory HU with the 6disk, but i'm depating on to replace the door speakers or not, and if i don't then i'm thinking about putting my old door speakers in fab boxes in the floor board with my old 4 channel amp in compartment in the back. what would be best? no neither

2)if i do put the speakers in the back with the amp, i need to run an rca converter. should i run that from the back of the head unit, or run it from one of the door speakers.

3) how the hell do you get the HU out of the hole. (my 99, i'd have it out in like 2 second)

also i am going to put my 15's back in there, i'm going to put the amp in the floor board with the speakers, if that's comes to be a good idea, and depending on what i do, i can't decided weather to tap that in to the head unit or the amp in the back(if i don't do the speaker thing at all, if i do the speakers in the back i have an equlizer that would work great.), getting to taht sub in the back is a real pain, and it seems to not go back excatally the same.

From What I Understand You Just Slide Somthing Thin Between The Dash And The Bezal And Pull It Out... No Screws Or Anything!!! SOUNDS EASIER THEN PULLING THE BACK PANEAL OFF, BUT I'D HAVE TO RUN WIRE'S WHICH AREN'T THAT HARD EITHER
