Where is the charcoal cannister on 95 XLT?

Hello friends. I've scoured the posts and still can't determine exactly where the charcoal cannister is for fuel vapors. I started getting strong fuel smell in the car and all lines look good. Suspecting cannister but can't find it under the hood. Can you help?

It's above the spare tire. It's kind of square.
