Where is this Coolant Leak From?

This is in front of the passenger side front door.. You can tell from the wet plastic which area its coming from. Which coolant hoses run there? Thanks!

Is this the side with the Y split for heater hoses under the air box ?

Very common, search for the post about it, few solutions.

I'm not sure where the Y split is. I read a couple threads about some place behind drivers rear wheel. Didn't find anything about this area by front passenger's feet. I'll search for Y split.

Yes - that is the Wye. Look through the right (passenger) wheel well and you will see it. That's pretty much exactly where it hits the ground when it finally leaks enough to hit the ground. Cheap easy fix. Search on heater hose Y.
