The steel wheel on my spare tire is badly rusted. The truck is a 92 XLT.
I'd like to replace the wheel with an aluminum alloy type, preferably the same type as the other wheels, which have the teardrop shaped slots.
Is it safe to buy wheels at a salvage yard and what would be a reasonable price?
