which Mobil is better to my car

I am new driver, totally confusing.
I see three Mobil 1 Synthetic Motor Oils are selling.

Mobil 5w-30
Mobil 0w-20
Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w-30

this is 98 AWD eddie bauer, 210,000 kilometer, no big problem so far.

i would stick what the recommended oil is.

i know ford did change alot of vehicles into 5w20 blend, but even till 2010 the 4.0l is still 5w30.

Any of them will be fine. I've ran them all.
