Which shift kit?

B&M? Transgo? Any others? Getting ready to change filter and fluid and figured that I'd do a shift kit while I have it apart. '97 5.0 AWD 4R70W.

My recommendation is do the transgo AND the superior, both. I admit no experience with the B&N. You will lot of parts leftover for a rebuild of the guts. You might offer them for sale and recoup some of the cost.
