Which tool to cut through Stock Bumper?

Just do like Mikey Teutul. Wait around until your dad yells and cusses at your brother to do it. THAT is the easiest way to get it done. If you don't happen to have a muscle-bound dysfunctional family then I'd go with the sawzall and jig-saw. Blades are relatively cheap and its a whole lot less expensive than a plasma cutter. I just figure if it takes longer, I have more time than money.
