Which tranny do I have?

How can I tell which tranny I have? I have found many threads on how to service different trannys, but I don't know which one I have. This is my first ford in many years, I just plain don't know them. Vehicle is '04 Mountaineer Premier, 4.6L, 5sp auto tranny. What I want to do is change fluid at the same time as I do the t-case and diffs. I did check the door pillar and it gives me a code "V". "V" is not listed in the manual.

If you plan to change the transmission fluid yourself, it will be tough going. Do search herein on changing 5R55S fluid.
