Which transmission do I have?

i have a 2000 5.0 ex limited 2wd does anyone know what trans i have and if so what can i do to make it better. planning my own svt explorer build any performance help would be appreciatted.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the transmission section. The 5.0L uses the 4R70W.
