i just replaced the shift motor...you take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull out the red thing in the connector and then you take a very small flat blade screw driver and push the plastic piece next to each pin while pulling on the wire...it shouldnt require much force AT ALL and should easily slide out(these hold the pins in and the red thingie puts pressure on them so the pins dont fall out) i know your prolly already done wokin on this but just in casecaptTelescope said:Jefe, you remember correctly. ($40 penalty for clumsiness) How do you pop out the pins?
