Whine through radio when I step on the brake

Any clues how to fix/prevent?? OK, OK, I'll admit ... this only happens on AM radio, but darn it, there are some great political talk shows I like to hear.

In our 98 Ex I got whining whenever i put on the brakes or the left or right turn indicators. I just had fun with it. It was fun trying to make music out of it.
