White gauge?

I just ordered a white gauge face off ebay which glow at night etc but ive never messed with gauge cluster before i heard u had to take off needles and remember the position of needles then i also heard you can just slide the face over the needles... i'm probably gonna end up just paying a professional to get this done.. has anyone done this that could give me a overview of what to expect installing one of these?

OMG, thanks a ton! i couldn't find any pictures or no one talk about removing cluster on a explorer on the internet! lol.. thanks for this link and i will post pics
