I was so happy that finally everything was working perfectly.
Today I jump in the car to take the better half shopping and the display screen for the radio starts blinking then white screen then blinking then stayed white screen. Grrrrr!
BTW
This never had SYNC is=t was just a basic system.
I heard you can try a hard boot by removing #32 (10a) fuse from under the steering wheel. This is almost next to an impossible task for someone who is Santa Claus during the Christmas season. In English - I'm not fat, but I am fluffy!!
If I bring it to a dealership I already know they will want to charge major bucks.
Anyone know if the upgrade from 4" to 8" will work on a base Explorer? Dealership says it doesn't have the correct wiring BUT watching these videos (From infotainment) or watching this (from 4Dtech) they make it seem like it is possible.
Anyone have any experience with change over?
I went to Radio Doctor in Madison and he couldn't get the climate controls to work when he tried changing it over from a system he purchased.
