I think the problem with my tranny has something to do with the flow of the fluid. When it heats up, it shifts fine. I'm gonna have it flushed, and see if cleaning out all the crap and sludge will help, and if not, I'm gonna have it rebuilt.

Alright, im gonna take a shot at the crappiest exploder, but mine looks ok, so im gonna lose
-Drivers seat attached by 2 rear bolts
-Everything in the interior squeaks
-Idles like a 1925 model T
-A4LD Slipping,Leaking,Not Shifting, No OD,Sucking... etc
-Burns oil
-Mystery leaks in radiator and brake lines and steering pump
-Rear hatch wont close with hydraulics arms on it
-Heat smells like Antifreeze
-16 MPG and 12 Second 0-60
-Blown up front right hub
-Smells like the creature from the black lagoon died in it
-Bondo from previous owner rollover accident cracking on the hatch
-All 5 doors and all 6 windows leak BAD
-Under dash is a firehazard waiting to happen
-Front tires sit like this \---/
-Rear tires sit like this /---\
-Oh, and the brakes wouldent lock em up to save its life
-Thats about it, now accepting donations for the "Save a Piece of Crap EX Foundation"

something like that. it's not idling right. when i fire the bad boy up it'll rev to about 500 rpms sputter then die. any ideas?

What are you complaining about, try having an a4ld, or any of the v-6 transmisions.

The 5R55E is the worst transmission ever. Trust me.
