Who wants a Streen Scenes Bumper insert?

Your bumper would have to have the opening like mine. Im considering buying a large Street Scenes grill, like one for an F150 main grill insert and trying to cut out a piece to fit in the opening. I was told SS never made one because there was no good way to clip it on, so Im thinking right now youd have to use something like outdoor goop or liquid nails or something of that type.

I wouldnt really be trying to profit from this, but if theres enough left to make a few more I could at least recover part of my cost. If it turns out nicely and more than 2 or 3 people want them Ill order a few more main inserts and make some more.

If you could retrofit one to go in the bumper then maybe you could make one to fit your grille in one piece. THAT would look awesome!

Btw, I thought you were switching back to billet grille?

You will have to fab up some brakets, but it can be done.

Thats somebody else that was gonna switch back...for now Im gonna stay with the main grille inserts..but who I just might try to make a full insert...I think it would mean cutting out the bars in the grille though..not sure I wanna do that....

As for how much Im not sure...would depend on how much works involved. I wouldnt ask more than street scenes asks for other bumper inserts. If theyre easy to make Ill charge enough to make my money back from buying the material and just a dollar or two for my time.

Ive got some other stuff Im working on here right now, so itll be a couple weeks before I can get to it, just wanted to see if there was any interest or not

heres a thought...
sounds cheezy but it looks nice. i bought a roll of gutter guard (1.99$) its plastic but it works. paint it any color you like, just clean it and prime it first.

yeah, soon as i get a nice day to take the pics. sorry but my digi cam is the free one earthlink offered like 3 years ago, pics arent great but t WAS free. prolly tomorrow. i cant put em on my site as listing my site here has excedded the band with for like every hour last two weeks. someone would have to host them here for me. btw how much is it to become "elite"
